The skiing area is in fact connected by 53 modern ski lifts. Gondola lifts, cable cars, chairlifts and ski lifts will take you quickly and comfortably to the top of the most beautiful slopes in the Alps. Slopes are located in the heart of the Dolomiti Superski area, at an altitude ranging between 1,300 and 2,778 metres above sea level, covering the area around the magnificent Sella Group, Cortina D'Ampezzo, Plan de Corones and which also include the famous Great War (WWI) Ski Tour. All slopes are always perfectly groomed and prepared for optimum skiing in complete safety, and there are pistes to suit everyone, from novices to expert skiers looking for adventure and speed. Alta Badia is also a popular destination for snowboarders. Fans of snow surfing can choose between power-board off-piste, carving on the slopes and the chance to do stunts in the snow park on the plateau of the Piz Sorega and Biok Funslope.
